WPWA Receives Accreditation as HubSpot Onboarding Partner

WPWA recently received accreditation as a HubSpot Onboarding Partner. This recognition is awarded by HubSpot to chosen partners who demonstrate exceptional expertise in the onboarding process.

 

Background and Significance of the Accreditation

Accreditation as an Onboarding Partner requires extensive experience with the Pro and Enterprise editions of the HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub. Partners must demonstrate that they can effectively support customers in integrating existing systems and achieving measurable goals within the first 90 days of using HubSpot.

Accredited partners play a central role in the successful implementation of HubSpot in companies. They ensure seamless integration of existing systems, set clear goals, and effectively introduce customers to using the software.

 

Requirements and Evaluation Process

To achieve accreditation, WPWA Digital underwent a multi-stage evaluation process. HubSpot assessed both technological competence and the understanding of individual customer business requirements. A key component was demonstrating successfully completed complex HubSpot installations and objective-based onboardings (OBO).

Two projects were particularly challenging and crucial for the accreditation:

Multi-Business-Unit Integration:

WPWA demonstrated complex onboardings by integrating the robot manufacturer Robotnik as an additional business unit into the HubSpot account of the United Robotics Group, which combines nine business units. These Tasks included:
  • Setting up a customized business unit
  • Precise data transfer
  • Configuration of various marketing tools
  • Comprehensive training of the multinational team

Thanks to WPWA's cooperation, the United Robotics Group optimized and expanded its use of HubSpot to the extent that they were admitted to the select group of HubSpot's Strategic Accounts Program.

 

Salesforce Migration:

A complex migration from Salesforce to HubSpot's Enterprise Suite. This project included:
  • Analysis and mapping of the existing Salesforce data structure
  • Development of a migration strategy considering customer-specific requirements
  • Step-by-step data transfer with quality assurance
  • Adjustment and optimization of the HubSpot environment for the migrated data

Both projects demonstrated WPWA's ability to tackle complex technical challenges while keeping the specific business goals of their customers in mind.
